My Untraditional Path

My name is Miia (pronounced as /ˈmiː.ɑ/). For my work, I use the shorter version of my last name, Viita—as it is easier and resembles the Italian phrase mia vita, meaning “my life.” In many ways, my own life has been my greatest teacher, pushing me to find the profound inner GPS and truth that I now share with you.

I am a Transformation Coach, Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) Practitioner, Hypnotherapist, and Energy Healer who helps soul-led entrepreneurs and professionals transform their deepest limitations into lasting fulfillment and success.

From Corporate Executive to Energy Intuitive

My journey wasn't always aligned. I started in the fitness sector before quickly moving into the corporate world, where I spent over 15 years in specialist and executive roles within Finance and Executive Education. Despite holding a double degree (Master’s in Finance and a BA in Sports Coaching and Management) and achieving outward success, I never truly felt that it was my authentic path.

A deeper, undeniable calling was activated by a series of personal crises. This experience pushed me onto an untraditional path of deep inner work and reconnecting with my truth. Along this journey, I realized that external changes are only possible once the inner world has shifted. This process ultimately reawakened my energetic and claircognizant abilities. I not only began to perceive information about people and situations beyond logic, but energy healing (delivered by my non-physical ‘A-team’) also began flowing through me. This profound shift completely redefined how I perceived lasting change.

A Method That Blends Logic and Intuition

Searching for a structured, sustainable method for transformation and rewiring the subconscious mind, I discovered and certified in Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT). This powerful modality became the foundational tool for eliminating root causes of client issues, which I then integrated with my unique blend of Transformation Coaching and Energy Work.

I don’t believe in separating the mind from the spirit and body, or the personal from the professional. My work blends business acumen with intuitive wisdom and deep learning about the mind to give you a unique, to-the-point experience that leads to tangible results.
