I’m Miia Viita, a Conscious Leadership & Personal Evolution mentor, RTT practitioner, and claircognizant Energy intuitive. My work blends deep transformation with practical leadership evolution, guiding high-achieving professionals beyond limitations into clarity, alignment, and lasting success.

Originally from Finland, I’ve lived and worked across the world, including New York City and Dallas. My career began in the wellness sector before I transitioned into the corporate world, earning a Master’s in Finance and spending over 15 years in specialist and executive roles within Finance and Executive Education. Yet, despite outward success, a deeper calling led me elsewhere.

A series of personal challenges pushed me onto a path of deep inner work—one that ultimately awakened my claircognizant abilities. I began to perceive information about people and situations energetically, gaining insights that extended beyond logic and reason. This profound shift deepened my understanding of the subconscious mind, energy dynamics, and the unseen forces that shape our lives.

Searching for sustainable, transformative change, I explored various modalities—until I discovered Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT). Witnessing its powerful effects firsthand, I became a certified RTT therapist and integrated it with mindset mentoring and energy work to create a truly holistic approach to transformation.

Interestingly, my name, Miia Viita, resembles mia vita in Italian—meaning “my life.” In many ways, my own life has been my greatest teacher, leading me to this work. Now, based in Bali, I support leaders and professionals worldwide in redefining success, breaking past limitations, and stepping into their fullest potential.
